La escena gastronómica de Cartagena ha florecido en los últimos diez años. Al elegir un restaurante o bar, recomendamos optar por negocios independientes que sean transparentes con sus ingredientes. Por supuesto, los mariscos aquí siempre son populares, pero te sorprendería saber que el pollo, el cerdo y la cabra (cordero) son delicias locales y, a menudo, la opción más sostenible.

 

En Cartagena, los cócteles siempre se preparan con jugo recién exprimido. ¡No te conformes con menos! Hay docenas de cervezas artesanales para elegir. No elaboramos tequila ni mezcal, así que si quieres probar una bebida local, pide ron, ginebra, aguardiente o biche.
